Bill Tsiavos has been actively involved in the Melbourne coffee scene for almost 30 years. His love goes back to small family owned coffee companies where staff were actively involved in all aspects of the business. This is where he developed his love for better coffee blends and coffee brewing equipment. He constantly watched over the owners shoulder wanting to learn everything.
When the opportunity in 1998 became available to lead Melbourne's most desired coffee brand, Bill did not miss the opportunity. This is where he was responsible for driving the company forward to becoming one of Australia’s leading business by its sale to an international beverage brand many years later.Read More

What Our Clients Say
" Thankyou very much for all your service and support Billy & the Bean Curve team! A loyal supplier and friend, I have recommended Bean Curve to many friends in the industry and will continue to do so, keep up the great work! "
" Always searching for the best flavors and blends, I recently came across the best beans I’ve ever used! They are absolutely perfect to make my morning coffee. I have been searching and searching for a good all-around espresso bean that is midium dark roasted, has a bold flavor, full-bodied, but smooth with just a hint of the good kind of chocolate.
What is coffee by the way, 'coffee' is the most important meal of the day. Our relationship we have with our coffee is special. Not only the type of coffee beans but also how they roast the beans. And for that, I only trust bean curve when it comes to roasting coffee beans."
" My association with Bill Tsiavos can be traced back some 20 years when he was with Grinders coffee. We formed a strong friendship, on top of that business relationship from that time. He has been a loyal friend and enthusiastic supporter. We share a passion for coffee and have journeyed near and far to spread our love of coffee. Bill’s knowledge on all things coffee is incredible. He has expanded from his love of the technical side of working on espresso machines, to becoming a truly intuitive boutique roaster, producing some incredibly flavoured coffees. I consider Bill my go to man for all things coffee. But more than that a great friend. My best friend. "
"Jesuit Community College has formed a close relationship with BeanCurve , They supply all of our coffee equipment and coffee for our training courses and back it up with excellent prompt service, We couldn't run our training without them "
